5-Year DIRECT PROTECT PLUS

This 5-year warranty covers up to $85/hour for an HVAC Technician if our customer support is unable to resolve the issue. 5 year warranty caps out at the purchase price per system purchased from MRCOOLDIRECT.  Offer includes:  Parts, labor, & refrigerant!  Covers a diagnostic fee of up to $65 to the contractor. Covers labor of contractor up to $85 per hour. Covers refrigerant up to $22 per pound. Coverage begins at day 91 after saler. Coverage maxes out at the purchase price of system and does not include add-ons like accessories.  Labor warranty activated 90 days after purchase. Eligible on the 91st to file claim.  Only available for MRCOOL DIRECT Customers who purchase a complete mini-split system. If a user purchases a system from another dealer the warranty will be void. System is considered the air handler(s), line set(s), and condensers.  ***NOTE*** YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED ONE WARRANTY PER SYSTEM. IF YOU STACK WARRANTIES UP, YOU ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE HIGHEST BOUGHT WARRANTY.
