Tassel is hand cut from U.S. deer hide. Hardware used (rivet and swivel clip) is solid brass from a factory in the U.S. Stamps used to stamp, SET FREE are hand made here in the U.S. Each item I hand make, leather is hand cut and each letter/design is hand stamped.
