In this class, Dr. Kevin Peterson will guide attendees through a number of exercises for honing their palates and adjusting the aromatic profiles of drinks. Through the lens of an old fashioned and a shaken sour, students will learn to optimize their shaking and stirring to serve drinks perfectly every time.  This workshop is a mix of lecture and hands-on mixing and tasting. All tools and ingredients will be provided.
