CIMARRON TEQUILA BLANCO

Cimarrón Tequila from Atotonilco, Jalisco is made with agave grown at 4,620' elevation, resulting in an average of 24-26° Brix in plant sugars. The agave is slow roasted under low pressure to produce Cimarrón's bold flavor, and the fermentation process utilizes natural, winemakers' yeast.
