Afrin sprays are used to relieve clogged nose in cold, nasal sinuses and allergic rhinitis, in adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age. Detailed product information Afrin releases the blocked nose by withdrawing the blood vessels in the nose. A quick effect takes just a few minutes and takes up to 12 hours . It does not fit in the neck. Dosage: Adults and children from 10 years of age receive twice daily ( after 12 hours ) 1-2 injections into each nostril. Children 6-10 years of age receive twice daily ( after 12 hours ) 1 injection into each nostril. Within 24 hours, a maximum of 8 injections in adults and 4 injections in children.  Shake well before use and wipe the nozzle after use.
