Learn with Teresa how to make homemade sour dough pasta. This will be an intimate class you will get your own dough and watch Teresa demonstrate making the dough and then cutting the pasta. You will run your pasta through the pasta machine. You will take home your pasta, a sour dough starter kit as well as the recipe. While you are making your pasta, she will teach you how to make your own red sauce from our Marzano tomatoes grown on the farm. Class begins at 1:30pm Saturday April 13th. Class will take approximately 1 hour and a half. Lunch will be available for purchase.
