Sizing The measurement is taken around your chest and this is for male and females. Small - is for a less than 34" inch chest. The part number is 12B01. This pad is typically for children or very petite people.  Regular - is for a 32" x 48" inch chest. The part number is 12A01. If you are 42" chest or smaller this is the correct pad for you.  X-Large - is for a 42" x 54" inch chest. The part number is 12AXL01. If you are bigger than a 42" chest this is the pad for you.
