Necessary hardware and sub-flashing is included with each kit making installation simple and watertight. You just need to remove the existing tile and replace it with the QMTR-BM A 1 Base Mount and compatible tile replacement flashing (sold separately) for a clean installation without messy tile grinding or cutting.
