Pentart Classic Crackle Varnish Set, 2 components  Size Options: 230 milliliters = 7.78 ounces 100 milliliters = 3.4 ounces 50 milliliters - 1.69 ounces Pentart Classic Crackle Varnish Set imitates an antique, crackled surface. Water based, two component set. Do not run fans or have air blowing around project.  Apply the component 1 onto your project with a clean DRY, soft brush. Allow to completely dry.   Apply component 2 with a clean, DRY, soft brush.  Allow Component 2 to thoroughly dry.  After drying, project surface will be waterproof. You can use a hair dryer or heat gun to help develop crackles if necessary. DO NOT hold heat too close to project. It can burn and melt your medium and project.  Highlight your crackles with antique pastes or pigment pastes. Use contrasting colors to better highlight crackles if desired.
