This chunky Sterling silver cuff features a gorgeous piece of natural Royston Ribbon Turquoise mined in Nevada. This stone is set in a hand-fabricated, one-of-a-kind Sterling silver setting with a hand-made Sterling rope frame and Sterling castellated bezel. This is set atop an ornately stamped wide Sterling band with a Sterling rope detail.
