COMMIT PRIMER: Are you ready to Commit? Even though Luminary Multi-Flex gel has amazing adhesion properties, there are still reasons to this primer. Every client is different, and some require more insurance that their gel stays where you put it!For a soak-off gel manicure apply it to the free edge, capping the nail.For an overlay or other enhancement application that you will be backfilling, apply 2 coats (letting each layer dry completely) of Commit before gel application. ATTENTION: Due to high propensity to evaporate, this flammable product is very hard to ship, especially in warm or hot weather!
