Opened in 1940, The Burbank Studios brought a permanent home to the Walt Disney Company. This model showcases the Studios' history and charm, while highlighting the unique architecture Disney is known for. From the Main Entrance on Alameda Blvd. you'll notice The (7 Dwarves) Team Disney Building, Legends Plaza ,and the Frank Wells Building. Deeper in, you'll go past the original Studio buildings - including The Animation Building (with Walt's Office", The Nunnery (Ink and Paint), the Bungalow and Shorts Building (move in their entirety from the Hyperion Studios), and the Commissary. The newer soundstages and Zoro Parking Lot take you to the Riverside entrance and your tour ends across the Street with the Roy E Disney Animation (The Hat) Building and the towering ABC Building - connected to the studio lot by The Filmstrip Bridge.
