Hesperaloe 'Sandia Glow'

Hesperaloe parviflora 'Sandia Glow' This selection will stay a little smaller than the species, growing to a mature size of under 3 feet tall and wide. This selection has large bloom stalks with watermelon red flowers. Heaviest bloom season in spring, but can bloom through the fall, especially in lower elevations. This plant is evergreen, low water use, and tolerates full sun and reflected heat locations. The Sandia Glow® is almost maintenance free, all that is needed is to remove spent flower spikes.
