The 3900 Evergreen Line is an ultra-premium, low odor 100% acryliceggshell enamel designed for use on properly prepared interior walls andceilings of plaster, wallboard, masonry surfaces and non-ferrous metal.#3900 produces a soft, pleasing appearance and is a highly washable,cleanable finish. #3900 is a stain, scuff and burnish resistant eggshellfinish which makes it ideal for hard service areas. In most instances thishigh solids, high hiding product will cover in one coat³, except whenthere is a drastic color change. One of the best features of this productis the outstanding touch-up. The #3900 line also has good flow andleveling, ultra-low VOC*, and is non-splattering. The #3900 Line impartsboth excellent flexibility and exceptional resistance to cracking andblistering. Being 100% acrylic, 3900 has excellent adhesion over mostsubstrates compared to vinyl type paints.
