Thousands of fluffy bubbles, trapped in cooling caramelized sugar, give this billowy candy it’s crunchy, airy texture. Made with a fellow Good Food Award winner, Sacramento Valley Wildflower Honey by Sola Bee Farms. Dipping it in 72% dark chocolate takes this honey "sweet" to the next level.  Packaged in our premium, modern silver paper box that is completely recyclable.
