She began her career with a prestigious writing fellowship from The Onion's sister site, Clickhole, where she pitched headlines, wrote articles, and directed videos from the company's headquarters in Chicago. From there, she went on to write and produce freelance videos and graphics for Funny Or Die and joined the writing staff for multiple scripted podcasts produced by Conan O'Brien's digital media company, Team Coco (check out A Total Switch Show and Self Center on Audible now).
