Full Stack Developer

DescriptionYou will be part of a great team of developers that is leading the path to a large corporate rebranding. Developing & maintaining the applications using a .NET/Vue.js stack in and Agile environment. The role is for a senior developer that is able to handle multiple projects at once, provide leadership to junior developers, and be a self starter. Full time, fully remote role based out of the DC Metro Area.Deliver and Execute (70%)- Assists in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software; Follows best practices established by the organization and participates in improvement conversations; Consistently helps the team achieve results, even under tough circumstancesLearns and Grow (20%) - Learns through successful and failed experiment when tackling new problems; Actively seeks ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channelsPlan and Align (10%) - Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
