Delphinium Cobalt Dreams

A newer selection of delphinium that produces tall, strong spires packed with cobalt blue florets and brightly contrasting central bees. The blue flowers pop to such an extent that they will draw your eye from a considerable distance and will add excellent vertical presence to any starting in early summer through fall. Use a single plant to create a focal point in your garden, or plant en masse for a remarkable display of color. These Delphiniums were bred by New Zealand Delphiniums and are hand crossed to produce high quality seed. These plants are known as F1 hybrids. They have excellent form, strong stems, and display vigorous growth in the garden. They are hybridized for tolerance to heat and humidity, but still hardy to cold conditions.
