Join us for a CSO Classical Mozart Concert, Picnic + Book Chat *On-the-Road* at the Ravinia Lawn in Highland Park on Saturday, August 10th, from 5:30-10 pm! This adventure features The Violin Conspiracy by Brendan Slocumb, but PRE-READING IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT… Local Chicago music lovers can enjoy an all-Mozart program performed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra with conductor James Conlon and internationally renowned musician James Ehnes ("a violinist in a class of his own" - The Times), and opt to meet up before, during and/or after the concert for a picnic to discuss the performance and book (with complimentary light sips and snacks, of course).
