Arm, Directional Switch Arm Tilt 1984 - 1991 Part# 7842614 style 1.  This is the arm that attaches to the turn signal switch and links over to the turn signal lever / wiper switch. This is specific to 1984 - 1991 Tilt Columns. Within that year range is two different style studs. This is style one which seems to be a little braced and made heavier.  The geometry and specs of everything is the same and it’s just a design change.
