Kennedy University, Pleasant Hill California, from 1977-1981. He is now Director of Research at the Rhine Research Center in Durham, NC, where he also edits the Journal of Parapsychology and serves as Director of their Summer Study Program for students.  John Palmer is co-author of: Foundations of Parapsychology: Exploring the Boundaries of Human Capability (Hoyt L. Edge, Robert L. Morris) (Routlege 1986)  Allan Cohen, Ph.D. is a psychologist and was a Professor of Parapsychology at John F. Kennedy University (Pleasant Hill, California).
