TG Pre-order: (GF) Nutty Spiced Carrot Cake (snacking cake) with Browned Butter, Pear & Lemon

Happy Thanksgiving!  11/28 Pick-up will take place in Fairmount at 2623 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia PA 19130., from 9 to 10am on Thursday November 28. This single layer "snacking cake" style treat features an ultra moist spiced carrot cake (which happens to be gluten free! though you wouldn't know it....), with toasted pecans & walnuts, topped with browned butter cream cheese frosting and a swirl of pearl & lemon marmalade, adorned with fresh edible flowers from Tlush Family Farm ALLERGY NOTE: While this cake is gluten free, it is prepared in a kitchen with gluten flours and we cannot prevent air contamination despite best practices for food prep and storage; it may not be suitable for those with severe gluten allergies. This cake contains NUTS.
