Ruby Loropetalum ( chinese fringe )

Ruby Chinese Fringe Flower   Loropetalum chinense 'Ruby'   compact, more rounded form. clusters of pink fringe flowers bloom heaviest in early spring, then sporadically year round,  accompanying the shiny, ruby red young leaves and green older leaves.
