Aged At Least 6 Years 100 Proof Bottled-In-Bond, Without Chill Filtration 65% Balboa Rye 20% Heirloom Corn 15% Two-Row Malted Barley Nose Fresh oak, muddled sweet mint with a touch of citrus, lightly roasted coffee. Taste Spicier oak, macerated darker fruits and berries. Finish Full, but rounded spiciness of clove and nutmeg.
