High-End Embroidered Patch with Dimensional Effects Must be pressed on with a hat press with both top and bottom heated platen. We have a hat-press at the Niche store in Lake Charles.  Hotronix® 360 IQ™ Hat Press Time: 20-30 seconds Upper 280°F Lower: 320°F Pressure: Medium Peel: Cold Cover Sheet: 1/8" Foam Pad  Heated Upper Platen Time: 15-20 seconds Temperature: 360°F Pressure: Medium Peel: Cold Cover Sheet: Silicone Sheet Instructions: Pre-heat bottom platen for 60 seconds and fabric for 15-20 seconds.  Heated Lower Platen Time: 12-15 seconds Upper: 280°F Lower: 320°F Pressure: Medium Peel: Cold Cover Sheet: Silicone Pad  Cap Press Time: 20-30 seconds Temperature: 360°F Pressure: Medium Peel: Cold Cover Sheet: Silicon Sheet Instructions: For first application, pre-heat the lower platen for 60 seconds.
