Striper & Atom Popper This painting was inspired by my early days fishing as a kid in RI.  Back then the Atom Popper, made by the local Atom Lure Company was our go-to lure for surf casting.  There is no more exciting fishing than topwater fishing.  Half the time these schoolies get so fired up they miss the plug or knock it into the air!  This painting is meant to capture that moment of insanity.
