Amethyst is a type of quartz which also happens to be a birthstone for the month of February. We have varieties of quartz in several sizes, from 1.5 to 75 mm (~3") chunks. It can be used for jewelry when drilled, or for various mineral resin embedments, craft and orgonic alike.
