Provides a smooth base surface for a slick chrome application Instructions: Prep nails Apply 2 layers of Black Color Apply Chrome Base and cure for 10 secs in UV/LED lamp. Apply desired Chrome/Holo powder. Brush off excess powder. Apply 1 layer of Super Base and cap the free edge for long lasting and durable ware. Cure for 30 seconds in UV/LED lamp. Finish with Super Top and cure for 60 seconds in UV/LED lamp.
