Housed in a durable magnesium alloy body, the ORYX features a 640 x 480, 12µm, <20mK NETD thermal sensor paired with a 35mm F/1.0 Germanium objective lens to provide a base magnification of 2.5x. Combined with a 1024 x 768 AMOLED HD display, this system delivers exceptional image quality and target identification. The ORYX is powered by a dual-battery system that includes a hot-swappable APS 5 rechargeable battery along with a built-in internal battery. This configuration allows for up to 12 hours of operating time and enables seamless battery changes in the field without powering down the unit. USB-C external power is also supported for extended operation when needed.
