Jeep Dodge LED Bulb Upgrade Programmer This product allows many Dodge / Jeep / RAM owners the ability to program their vehicle for the LED bulb option. This programmer will also eliminate the "flicker" symptom which is common when installing an LED bulb. Installation is a breeze and only takes a few minutes.  Available Options: C-LED-HL - Converts the signal of all bulbs associated with the front headlight to LED standards C-LED-TL - Converts the signal all bulbs associated with the rear taillight and 3rd brake light to LED standards C-LED-FG - Converts the signal of both front fog bulbs to LED standards   INSTALLATION Put the vehicle in Accessory mode. (This is where the vehicle is on, but not running) Wait 1 minute. Plug in the OBD Genie programmer into the OBD2 port. Wait for the green light and/or for the horn to honk.
