Here are what I think the main differences between Swisstrax Smooth PRO are versus the traditional Ribtrax. - Wheels roll over these easier. - The disadvantage is that since we don't have the curved ribs, the dirt may sit on top of the tiles a bit more. - The thickness of the tile is .64" Smooth vs .76" Traditional Ribtrax. All other stuff is the same as the traditional Ribtrax with a different look to it. The pursuit for garage flooring started back in mid-2014. I really wanted polished concrete floors in my garage. The issue with that option is that it doesn't remove stains completely and is susceptible to more stains in the future.
