Extremely unique and rare hand-made book that the author made only 20 copies of in 1999. The final book was actually published in 2004. The pages appear to have been produced from an inkjet printer. Harvey also has gone through and applied post-print edits to the text by blacking out words and phrases. This is copy 17 of 20. The page block has detached from the spine, noticeable when the front cover is opened. However, the book remains intact with page block glued to the casing by the end papers, and the book holds together. Harvey G.
