It was inspired by a blend called "Pu Erh Fitness Tea" from a little tea shop we visited in Ireland. The ingredients in Crisp Apple Pu Erh support breaking down a fatty meal, soothing aches and pains, and overall wellness. We like to think of this blend as a gym companion, but it is also a great daily drinker! CAFFEINE CONTENT: ⚫️ ⚫️ ⚪️ BREW TIPS: This blend is best served iced and unsweetened or with spoonful of honey!  STEEP:  1 - 2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water for 5 minutes
