At Podere Francesco they create the Giardiniera rigorously by hand: each vegetable is blanched separately in sweet and sour, with apple vinegar, white wine, sugar and Cervia salt. The flavors are enhanced by the selection of olive oil together with a seed oil. This is how we get our  Crispy, Delicate, Bittersweet Giardiniera. Better yet: crunchy, sweet and sour! Delightful, appealing, and perhaps habit forming! Ideal for aperitivo, cured meats, charcuterie boards, cheese boards, and salads.
