The first payment is due in order to begin production on your ring. The second payment is due before your completed ring ships. Olive and Oakley will hold a ring for no longer than 6 weeks upon notification to the customer that production of their item has been completed. After 6 weeks, the ring becomes the property of Olive and Oakley.
