Chef Jill will be teaching you how to make masa, pork filling, a sweet filling and a salsa demo. You will leave with a dozen UNCOOKED tamales to devour or share with friends and family! Sign up early as this class will sell out.  Cancellation Policy: Please be advised that when signing up for a class you are making a commitment to attend. While we understand things come up, our instructors are counting on and have prepared food for you. If you cancel prior to seven days (7) before class, we are happy to offer you a credit for another class. If you cancel less than seven days (7), there will be no credit given.
