Picanha is also known as  rump cap, sirloin cap or even culotte steak. One 1" Steak weighs roughly between 0.3 lb and 0.6 lb. One whole Picanha weighs roughly between 3 lb and 4 lb. It is beautifully tender and juicy, producing an amazing flavour when cooked.
