  All Butchery Boxes must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. They are available for in-store pickup Wednesday through Sunday and will be ready 48 hours after ordering. We take pride in our meat and especially on our Dry-Aged Beef steaks. They are by far the most tender, and definitely the most delicious. All of our high quality meat is carefully sourced from unrivaled marbling breeds, born and raised in the USA by family farmers.
