Vette Offset Tensioner Bracket Kit

This tensioner bracket bolts onto all Vette offset OEM or aftermarket water pump, and allows the use of the popular Cummins 6BT style belt tensioner, commonly sold under the Gates 38518 part number (sold separately). This bracket fits all C5/C6, V1, G8 and LSA accessory drive water pumps (LSA water pump only if you are running a single belt, wont clear dual belt tensioner setups). There are 10 clock-able indexing holes for tensioner body clocking to get the ideal geometry and tension on the belt. Kit comes with bracket, 3 billet spacers, and hardware to bolt the tensioner to the bracket. The stock tensioner hardware holds the bracket to the water pump, and there is a third bolt that goes back to the head for the most rigid setup on the market. We do also offer a tensioner idler pulley "body" with shoulders on the sides that can replace the stock steel non-shouldered pulley as an upgrade if needed.
