This is a Stargate kit with working iris. It is 8" diameter. The kit contains all the parts. You will have to assemble it. It was originally designed by Martin Taichl. The mechanical parts are slightly undersized and require fitting. I recommend 13/64 and 7/32 drill bits and a jewelers file. I also include a few extra parts in case something gets damaged during assembly. The outer parts are gray and can be painted.
