Through guided exercises, we weave together communication skills, caring touch and practical support that will leave you feeling held. You'll also gain simple tools and practices to bring more of that way of being into your life and relationships. HELD combines elements of authentic relating, somatic healing, consent education, and other tools and methodologies to deliver signature workshops and experiences that enable people to feel seen, heard, and held – and empower them to bring it into their lives and the world.
