Ameztoi 'Rubentis' Getariako Txakolina Rosé, Spain 2024

Summer has officially begun with the release of Ameztoi rosé! Based in the seaside town Getaria, Ameztoi is now in its eighth generation, producing wines classic to Txakoli.  Bright & zippy, energetic and refreshing.  These wines have a tiny fizz but have plenty of flavor of strawberry, a hint of herbs, and lovely salinity. It doesn't get more summertime than this.  Pairing: The beach, Fish tacos, Light snacks  Viticulture: Sustainable  Grapes: Hondarrabi Zuri and the red Hondarrabi Beltza
