In the village of Chichée, just southeast of Chablis itself, the Picq estate is run by Gilbert's children, Didier, Pascal, and Marilyn. They have no Grand Cru vineyards, and only small Premier Cru holdings, yet all their wines are the epitome of classic Chablis. Always fermented with native yeast in stainless steel; you will not find a lick of oak in these wines. Driven by racy acidy, lemon pith and pronounced mineral driven notes, this wine is a delight!
