La Gritona Reposado is distilled by Melly Cardenas, one of the few female distillers in Mexico, at NOM 1533 in Valle de Guadalupe. The spirit is aged for 8 months and then bottled in a hand blown bottle made from recycled Mexican Coke bottles. Bountiful nose of green vegetal agave, minerals and some slight white pepper.
