Sterling Silver And Sapphire Ring Size 7

Solid sterling silver and marquis natural sapphires with marquis Cz accents. This ring is a size 7.  This is a ring I have owned since the 1990's and I used to wear it on my first finger and it has Natural sapphires in them.  I can no longer wear it, it just slides right off my hand.  The Sapphires are so dark they look almost black.  One sapphire is cracked, but I don't dare try to fix it.  There are no Hallmarks or stamps on this ring, but I've had it so long, I had it tested for silver in the 90's and I know its sterling, but there was never a .925 stamp on it.
