This is a book that grew out of the author speaking at various congregations on Mental Health and the Bible.  Questions on self-esteem, guilt feelings, worries, fears, depression, insecurities, grief, family, and other topics of interest are answered by the author from a psychologically healthy perspective--a Christian perspective.
