"Trash el cristal"  2025César GoceSpray and Oil on wood22x18@cesar.goce Generally speaking my art is very influenced by my origins painting graffiti in the streets and that's why nowadays the city and its elements are an important part of my references.  I work in different series of paintings but all of them have in common the concept of DEVIRTUATION OF THE ORIGINAL IMAGE as a reflection of the contemporary world where overinformation and the digital distort our realities. I like to combine ancient techniques such as oil painting with more modern ones such as spray painting and the use of numerical control machinery. This experimentation allows me to achieve visual languages that combine the analogical-vectorial. This work was born as an extract of a photograph taken in the city of Tokyo by myself.
