  Member's Mark Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese is made of four kinds of cheese: Monterey Jack, Mild Cheddar, Asadero and Queso Quesadilla. This four-cheese blend has a smooth, mild flavor that tastes great as a topping or ingredient for most foods. With a fine shred, this cheese melts easily and quickly into quesadillas, tacos, nachos, pizzas and cheese dips. Packaged in a resealable package for convenient restaurant or at-home use. A Helpful Tip Separate this five-pound bag of cheese into smaller bags. Remove as much air as possible and seal well. Freeze for up to three months. When ready to use, thaw it in the refrigerator.
