Panicum (Dichanthelium) clandestinum - Deer-tongue Grass

This broad leaved grass reaches heights anywhere from 2 to 4 feet and prefers partial sunlight and moist, sandy soil. The seed heads are important food source for many birds and small mammals. This is a great species to plant against fences or anywhere you desire privacy.
