The Dalmore Scotch Single Malt 35 Year 1976

The 1976 vintage of the Dalmore Constellation series was aged for its entire 35 years in a first fill bourbon barrel made from American white oak. Colour: Amber, dazzling gold with glints of copper.Nose: Creamy caramel, vanilla fudge and marzipan are interlaced withpineapple, tangerines, lemon cheesecake and sandalwood. Thesearomas are finally fused with rich praline, peach melba and ginger.Taste: Bramley apples with peaches and cream, chewy toffee, kiwi fruits andmacaroons open, before a final fanfare of Turkish delight, honeyed pears,freshly baked rye bread and marzipan.
